Misión

Within the framework of our international activities, we are looking for motivated professionals who want to have professional experience in Software Engineering Projects within the European Union Institutions (Commission and Parliament) in BRUSSELS. We need to incorporate several Consultants, with very good knowledge and experience in Business Analysis (BPMN, UML, Agile). Candidates have to be able to work in English from day one and be willing to live in Brussels given that these are long-term projects (+ 4 years).

Analysis of Business requirements, Business model analysis, Business process analysis, Assistance in Vision documents, Business processes modelling, Functional requirements and business cases analysis, Risk analysis Good knowledge of information systems matters Knowledge and skills Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.) Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile) Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis Capability to speak to business and technical audiences Strong capacity to give high level presentations Ability to apply high quality standards Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
